Stews are a cold weather favorite with people all over the world. Crock
pots were MADE for cooking this filling and healthy dish. Creamy stews
have become more popular over time. Try this crock pot stew recipe for
some tasty, creamy goodness.
Ingredients:
700g of stew meat or steak cut into 2cm cubes
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
4 Potatoes, cubed
1 Medium Onion, diced
3 Carrots, sliced
1 small can of Corn, drained
1 tble vegetable or olive oil
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder
Procedure:
Begin by seasoning the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and
Worcestershire Sauce. In a frying pan, heat the oil and brown meat on
all sides. Put all vegetables into the crock pot. Add beef to
vegetables. Cover all with the soup. Add salt and pepper to all
ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Serve with garlic
toast or mozzarella bread.
