Crock Pot BBQ Beef for Sandwiches

Now that you have enjoyed that lovely Sunday afternoon roast meal, hopefully, you will have enough roast beef left over to magically transform into a tasty dinner for Monday night. Either of the following recipes is made for the use of leftovers and will have your family clamoring to know when dinner will be ready.

Ingredients:

  • Left over Roast Beef
  • Barbeque Sauce

Procedure:

This is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to use that left over roast beef. Shred it and place it in the crock pot. Cover the meat with your favorite barbeque sauce. This can be bought from a store or made from a special recipe handed down from your great-great grandmother. The important thing to remember is to make sure you add enough to completely cover the meat. You are creating barbeque that you want to rival the local BBQ restaurant. Set the heat to low and allow it to heat thoroughly. It should only take a couple of hours to be ready to serve on hoagie or hamburger style buns. Fix French fries and salad to go with it. Simple and delicious, this is a meal your family will ask for over and over.
