delicious version of an old fashioned fruit cobbler.
Ingredients:
2 .6 liter cans of Cherry Pie Filling
500g package of yellow cake mix, leave dry
50 ml of softened butter
120g of pecans, chopped
Procedure:
Begin by pouring the pie filling into a 5 quart crock pot, and spread
it around evenly. Using a large mixing bowl, put the dry cake mix and
butter in and mix until the cake mix is crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture
over the pie filling. Top that with the pecans. Cook on low heat for
about 3 to 4 hours. Serve warm. Top with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
