Crock Pot Seafood Fondue

Once you have whetted the appetites of your guests, it’s time to serve the main course. This seafood fondue is tasty and satisfying. It’s a recipe that others will beg you to share with them. It serves 6 but you can increase the recipe to serve more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cans of Cream of Celery Soup
  • 500g of Sharp Processed Cheese, grated
  • 250g of chopped cooked lobster
  • 100g of chopped cooked shrimp
  • 100g of chopped cooked crabmeat
  • 100g of chopped cooked scallops
  • 1 Dash of Paprika
  • 1 Dash of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Loaf of French bread, cut into 1” cubes

Procedure:

Grease crock pot and combine all of the ingredients in it EXCEPT the bread cubes. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on high heat for 1 hour or until cheese is melted. Change heat to low to keep warm. Use bread cubes as dippers.
